MY 10,000× DIMENSIONAL SYSTEM

Chapter 84 Grand Plan

Grand Plan

Christopher watched as Prism's Shard reattached to her and nodded to himself.

It wasn't just Frank and Gregory, all the fleeing Voidwalkers that had survived had been killed by her and replaced by her reflections which were now on their way to the Voidwalkers main base.

Peering through fate, he could see his subordinates as well as the various armies following the trails the Voidwalkers left behind. Naturally, they were significantly slower than the reflections, but that was fine. In fact, it was perfect, considering the next phase of the plan.

Christopher sighed.

'This is going to piss off a lot of people. But whatever.' He sighed and peered through fate.

No matter what, the Voidwalkers were still incredibly cautious. They had accounted for the very small possibility of their plan failing, and so they decided that, instead of panicking, they would use It as an opportunity.

It was obvious that those attacked races would immediately chase after the Voidwalker stragglers after the battle ended, letting most of their army to chase after them while some strong people would be left behind to protect their capitals.

A fact the Voidwalkers would take advantage of.

Christopher watched as various figures across the different races that had been attacked silently slipped into their capitals and quietly infiltrated them, aiming to steal the Legend Sword Shards again.

'Let's see how this goes.' Christopher sighed.

If one was wondering where Lenax was, this was what he was doing. The dragon had created multiple clones of himself to defend the Shard bearers from the shadows. And as for why Christopher didn't let Prism do it, well, he wanted all of his subordinates to be at least somewhat busy.

However, that wasn't all. After all, Christopher's plan went a lot deeper than that.

Lenax was to protect the Shard bearers. However, he also had another goal. He was only to protect them in the sense of keeping them alive.

His true goal was to allow the Voidwalkers retrieve the Legend Sword Shards unimpeded.

Christopher split his attention once more to observe his targets through Fate.

In his mind, several images appeared at the same time. The different races had once more changed the people that were to hold the Legend Sword Shards.

All of them appeared to be unassuming individuals. Some were servants, some were guards, some didn't even seem to be a part of the staff working in their various castles.

However, each of them possessed the Shards meant for the powerful artifact that once threatened the balance of the world.

It was a smart tactic, dividing the Shards between unassuming individuals. After all, even if it was within a certain sphere of people, there were still hundreds to thousands of them, and trying to find who held the Shard was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

However, the Voidwalkers still had a trick up their sleeve to attain their goal.

Previously they relied on the fact that they had informants to ascertain who had the Shards, which allowed them to carry out their attacks.

Now though, since those informants were dead, they had to rely on other, more precise methods. Continue your journey with empire

And from what Christopher gathered, they had trackers. However he quickly learned why they didn't use them before.

He wasn't quite sure how they worked, but what he did know was that they needed to be close to the Shards before their positions could be made clear. And their range of detection was about a kilometer, which in the grand scheme of things, wasn't that great. And it would inevitably take them a considerable amount of time before they found who they were looking for.

However, that's if Christopher wasn't in the equation. Again, he was weaving the tapestry of fate to fulfill his goals, and making it so that the Voidwalkers conveniently stumbled upon their targets wasn't anything to write home about.

For him anyway.

If anyone else heard his thoughts, like Aisha for example, she'd probably lose it. Just being able to see the tapestry of fate was one thing, seeing it without having your brain get fried was another, being able to interact with it was astounding, and proficiently manipulating it was utterly groundbreaking.

And yet Christopher was weaving it like a tailor with decades of experience. His Affinity to not just fate, but anything related to the manipulation of reality was simply incredible.

So the point was, making the Voidwalkers move according to his will was light work.

So in his mind, he could see several scenes that were quite similar.

Figures that moved in the shadows easily infiltrated the various capitals of the races who had Legend Sword Shards in their possession and started to move into their inner areas.

Meanwhile, through a certain coincidence of events, the ones who were keeping the Shards of their persons just happened to walk in the path of those Voidwalkers.

At the same time, Christopher could see the different clones Lenax had made lurking near the people who were about to get attacked.

The truth was that the dragon didn't possess any means of having the Voidwalkers steal the Shards while also protecting the Shard bearers from harm and without suspicion between the Voidwalkers and the various races.

As such, he gave each clone an artifact he made.

When the Voidwalkers detected their targets and moved to intercept them, the clones moved and activated the artifacts. And then something interesting happened.

The Voidwalkers and the Shard bearers suddenly froze in place. Then the Voidwalkers calmly walked towards their targets and their targets calmly gave them a special box containing the Shard.

Then the Lenax clones moved and injured both parties. Injuring the Shard bearers more than the Voidwalkers but only enough to knock them out.

Then the Voidwalkers left and the Shard bearers collapsed to the ground. The clones then unleashed some loud and haphazard attacks on their surrounding areas before vanishing.

And not long after, security agencies came to the scenes of "battle" and saw an injured person unconscious while the Voidwalkers were long gone.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

The artifact he'd given Lenax was an Illusion artifact which would make the targets see what they wanted to see within their own minds when in reality, they simply obeyed the will of the artifact user.

As such, when the Voidwalkers and the Shard bearers came to, they'd think there was a fight and the former would be satisfied with the results while the latter would be grieving about how they failed their mission.

When the Voidwalkers left the capitals, they then used a special artifact that teleported them to their main base where the Shards would then be assembled.

Now one must be wondering, what in the world was Christopher trying to achieve?

Well, from what he had gathered, it turns out that not just anyone could wield the Legend Sword when it was reconstructed. As such, they were going to summon a being who would be able to use it by force.

One who quite frankly shouldn't Be able to descend on this world, but when the Legend Sword was put back together, it would release an energy wave with such intensity that this world's natural barrier would weaken, allowing the Voidwalkers to summon even more harrowing creatures from the Void.

But they weren't going to summon any powerful Void creature. No no no.

The Eminence was going to use his body as a vessel. And by doing this, he'd become the avatar of the being the worshipped, the Void.

The Void energy he possessed would be able to counter the terrifying Mana of the blade, allowing him to wield it. And when that happened, he'd be able to destroy this world.

Christopher knew this, so why the hell was he doing something so insane?

Well, it was simple. If the Avatar of the Void descended, there would be an incredible amount of Void energy. Void energy that Christopher wanted.

However, he also wasn't stupid. He doubted that even if he went all out, the current him wouldn't be able to defeat a being who just his avatar possessed the ability to destroy an entire world. So that's why while the Legend Sword was being put together and the Void was being summoned, Christopher would be busy.

He had already used magic to cut the connections between the various races and their armies that were chasing the Voidwalkers to their main base. As such, he'd use that chance to assimilate them into his Dimension.

And not just those ones. Even the races that had nothing to do with the current situation wouldn't be spared as Christopher would assimilate all.

However, he still had to make sure that fate was moving in the right direction. And that's the other reason why he simply had Prism and Lenax do some light work before being free again. And that would allow them to go out and carry out the assimilation.

In short, he was going to level up his dimension as quickly as possible before the deciding fight. And as for why he didn't just suck up the ocean or large stretches of land. Well, he still needed structures, but there was something else. He needed people.
