Chapter 253: Electronic Recycling Hub (2)
"The Jun Conglomerate will organize a searching party to continue with the effort. To the families affected, please get in touch with us through this hotline to receive the most updated news."
Using her position in the family, Jun Minji used her influence to keep the searching operation continue. The following day, the Wang Family announced their participation with the Jun Conglomerate in the search and rescue operation.
Smaller organizations between the two countries joined, but the intention behind their participation is evidently for the sake of getting some popularity. With Jun Conglomerate and Wang Family shaking hands together for this search and rescue, it would undoubtedly attract the attention of many.
The profit from getting into this spotlight might be helpful to these people in the long run.

Post-apocalypse.
"Feng, keep me updated if you found something you're interested in. I know that you have your own secret to keep everything in your pocket, but at least, let me know about it first…" Satella said as she took the lead inside the abandoned building.
"And what did I just said?" Satella feels like using her rifle to knock Zhang Qin Feng's head when she sees him emptying scraps on the ground. It seems that he's looking forward to bring everything related to electrical components back to the base.
"Huh? Did you say something?" Zhang Qin Feng looked at Satella. He looked like he missed what she was saying earlier.
"Are you trying to act stupid with… Eh?" she was about to throw a fit at Zhang Qin Feng after hearing his reply. But she soon realized that she's yet to connect to the operative channel. It seems that being with Zhang Qin Feng's side brought her clumsiness out.
Embarrassed with a hint of blush on her cheek, Satella turned around and repeated what she just said. This time, with a gentler tone.
"I said… Let me know what you're going to take first…" Satella shyly speaks while trying to hide her blunder. This time, the Luna Device on her wrist is connected to the correct channel. What she said is conveyed to Zhang Qin Feng clearly like she's whispering beside his ears.
"I will." Zhang Qin Feng nodded.
"Let's assume that I'll take everything here. We don't have much time, so take the lead, and I'll grab as much as I could before we have to get back." Zhang Qin Feng said.
"Al-Alright!" Satella nodded. She was surprised by Zhang Qin Feng's following reply. This made her question how extensive is Zhang Qin Feng's hidden storage pocket.
Actually, after Stein's upgrade, Even Zhang Qin Feng was shocked by the Dimensional Space he had. Right now, the storage no longer has so many restrictions compared to before. The rules applied to the space were also replaced.
The space he had is comparable to two warehouses he used for Digital Currency Mining. If he were to measure the storage capacity, there would be enough space to keep over a thousand boxes of flour without a problem.
Of course, that doesn't mean the space he had is enough to bring the ten or so hauler trucks out there back to the base.
It would be good enough if he can grab at least 10% of the electronic goods here before going back.
Once in a while, there'll be some stray zombies loitering inside this building. These zombies are likely the survivors or people who stumble into this place by accident based on their appearance. Only one zombie out of them all dressed differently.
"This guy might be their boss or something before the outbreak happened." Zhang Qin Feng said. He wondered why this place could remain untouched by the zombies and survivors for so long.
Relying on Stein's data report while adding the waste into his upgraded dimensional storage, Zhang Qin Feng noticed that the goods were related to appliances and housing. There's almost less to no value on them, but collecting them is better than not.
Unlike wood, stone, or resin, manmade materials like this are always recyclable into something else after a few processing. Furthermore, the fabrication technology in this world is more advanced compared to the modern world.
The two finished looting the ground floor before proceeding to a fenced area with an open roof. This place looked more like a dump compared to what they've seen inside.
Of course, it was filled with recyclable goods here. The only reason this place looked like a dump is that the material here is different. Everything here is related to metal. That's the main reason it was abandoned.
But right now, this place is a treasure trove for Zhang Qin Feng.
Because he had no option to return to the modern world right now, Zhang Qin Feng had no other option except to procure the raw material locally. And finding this metal-related dump is like stumbling across a gold mine.
'Stein, make an estimation based on this mountain of recyclable materials here.' Zhang Qin Feng ordered. His covert instruction quickly gets the answer he was looking for after a few minutes of collecting them.
It was a considerable amount, but hardly enough to make two Mobile Command Center out of them. Unless there are other similar mountains of raw material like this, he would have to give it some time to collect what they have in the open.
"Feng! Zombies!" Satella's voice brought him back to his attention when few zombies were coming from one of the doors at the far end of this open area. Zhang Qin Feng immediately placed his hand on the Delta-Model pistol as a precaution.
He knew that Satella won't have trouble clearing these zombies, but it won't hurt to remain careful of his surrounding.
Three minutes.
That's all it took Satella to clear all the zombies around them. She continued to accompany Zhang Qin Feng while he's collecting the raw material, and their attention soon came to the hidden bunker door buried under the pile of waste.
"Satella… Is there a shelter or something here?" Zhang Qin Feng asked. Their trip here seems to be going towards an uncertain course with the appearance of this bunker door.
Zhang Qin Feng used his hand to wipe the dust off from this bunker door. Nothing was written on it, except a drawing of a long, pointy tower.
(Note: Check The Shard's in London if you wanna know how the drawing looked like)
