Destroying My Own World

Chapter 141 Came back.

"Why did you spare their lives? Killing all of them will be better, no?" Aurea asked as she sheathed her sword and watched the blood that splattered on cars, ground, and walls.

"Why? Because I don't want them to die that easily. I want them to struggle more and let this chance give them false hope," Mykel answered. "I want them to try, but it's not fun if only a few of them are here," Mykel added.

"So what are you planning on doing? Let them come again next time?" Aurea asked.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

"Yes, but not just humans. I want all the Gods of Earth and the Cosmic Gods to come down here, standing with their own Chosen Ones," Mykel answered as he looked at the sky. "We will break all the pillars of Earth. Tearing down the layers and let them all in," Mykel pointed out.

Everyone looked at Mykel and realized since he had gathered everyone, there was no more reason for them to not proceed with the plan. But when they thought they were going to destroy the pillars, Mykel ordered Amaryllis to send all the legions she had left to Earth.

Mykel wanted to know how many Dukes of Hell were out there that came out of the portals. He also wondered if there were Princes of Hell among them by sending Amaryllis to observe around the world.

Everyone was arguing with each other, blaming whoever they thought was responsible for the deaths of their friends and allies. It was obvious that it was a mistake for the Guild League to bring the European Union, Asian Union, and African Union.

When they were arguing, they heard warning sirens in the distance, making them all quiet. They were surprised when the demon invasion started again, and they were nowhere near their own countries.

Sasha opened a portal and allowed Magnus and the others to go back to Norway since it was the only place she had visited. She then opened a portal to Russia since those two countries were the only ones she had visited. Shanka and the others didn't have a choice but to take the flight back to their own countries.

She and the Virtue Guild also went back to Australia using a portal after she sent some of them back. She wasn't bothered by what happened, but she finally understood that it wasn't just a coincidence that demons appeared right after they threatened Mykel. Discover stories with empire

"Miss Sasha?" Gea asked when she saw Sasha spacing out.

"I'm coming," Sasha said as she grabbed her stuff.

When they left headquarters, they saw demons being hunted by asteroids that appeared from the sky. They were all confused about who did that because it was so powerful and the demons were hunted by those asteroids like homing missiles. There wasn't a single demon who could run from it, and when the demons got hit by those, they turned into ashes.

Sasha decided to borrow wings and fly up high into the sky to check where all the asteroids were released. She saw a giant magic circle in the sky near where the portal, and she decided to go there to check it out with the others. Luis ran as fast as he could while Gea carried Anastasia and Eun Soo, Anzel and Danny had no other choice but to use the car.

When they arrived, they saw a man with a black suit and tie watching the demons as he rested his hands on his black cane. The man was in his late twenties, and he had slick black hair and bright blue eyes. He was the one who created the magic circle and sent all the asteroids to hunt all the demons.

Sasha and the others stared at the man, and they hesitated to approach him because they didn't know if he was friendly or not. When the man looked at them, he smiled gently and slowly walked toward them with his hands up in the air.

"I'm sorry if I ruin the party for you guys, but I have to do this to prevent the people from getting killed by them," The man said as he kept smiling.

Sasha was a bit suspicious about the sudden appearance of a man that was strong enough to hunt all the demons. Anzel was thinking the same thing, and when he used his [All-knowing-one] skill, he couldn't see anything on the man.

"This guy is suspicious," Anzel whispered to Gea and the others.

Somehow, when Anzel whispered to the others, he could feel a sharp gaze that was pointing at him. He felt like the man could hear what he had just whispered, and the way the man looked at him gave him chills down his spine.

"Since you guys are here already, I don't think it's necessary for me to do this anymore," The man said as he broke the magic circle.

The man walked past them and he was oozing an unpleasant aura that made everyone shiver. He neither looked back nor said anything as he kept walking away so casually.

"Ah, I almost forgot," The man said as he suddenly stopped walking and knocked the cane to the ground. "It's been a while, Sasha," The man turned around and looked at Sasha with a gentle smile.

Sasha's heart skipped a beat when she realized that the man's voice was the same as Lucifer's inside her head. When she wanted to move, she realized that time had been stopped, and everyone around her was frozen in time except for her consciousness.

"Knowing that I'm free, I can watch you closely from now on. I'm not going to let you go for the second time," Lucifer chuckled as he stared at Sasha. "Also, all the skills that you have, if you decided to go and meet Mykel one more time, I will take them all away from you," Lucifer warned and then knocked the cane on the ground again, and the time started moving again.

It made Sasha feel fear again and made her heart race as she watched Lucifer walk away.

Lucifer was walking in the middle of the city and watching as the demons started to destroy the buildings and kill the people around him. He didn't bat an eye and kept walking as he smiled in excitement since it had been a while since he walked on Earth again.

When the demons were flying toward him, they all fell to the ground and died instantly. He attracted the demons like a sugar cube to ants, and they all collapsed before they could get close to him. When the demons started to swarm around him, he disappeared into thin air, making the demons fight each other for no reason.

Sasha's phone rang, and it was Agares who called her, and when she picked up the phone, Agares was chuckling. He knew that she had met with Lucifer, and with that being said, the Redshield Guild had decided to make Lucifer the guild leader.

Sasha didn't have the power since she only had Redshield's name, not the authority. She couldn't do anything about it since she was nothing but a tool for them. She had always been a tool for demons and angels, and it was the reason why she stopped trying and resisting.

Mykel and the others were gathered in the meeting room as they watched the news about the demon invasions. Amaryllis hadn't finished giving everyone the new power she had attained from emotions. The ones who already got theirs were Aurea and Jeanne since they were the top priority.

Aurea's [Brute] skill had been modified into [Atrocity] skill which increased the effect of [Brute] skill by ten times. It also made most of her skills like [Bloodthirst], [Whisper of Death], [Harmony], [Godly Physical], and other skills that she possessed to be amplified by ten since they resonated with [Atrocity] skills.

Jeanne received a skill called [Modesty] that allowed her to share her powers with the people she chose. As she shared her power with others, it amplified all her skills and only affected herself, not the people she shared her power with. The amount depended on how many people she shared her power with.

Mykel watched Amaryllis give everyone new or upgraded powers, and somehow the skills that she had, always resonated with the skills they possessed. Everyone was excited about it and wanted to try it out, so Mykel let them go to the Empyrean World to spar with each other to master their new ability.

"Good morning..." Beldathiel yawned as she entered the meeting room with a pillow in her hand. "Hmm? Where's everyone?" Beldathiel asked as she looked around and only saw Mykel, Elena, Amaryllis, and Luciel in the room.

"You missed the whole thing," Elena chuckled as she watched Beldathiel sit down and put the pillow on the table. "Everyone left to do some training," Elena answered.

"You're no longer in the Empyrean World, how long are you going to stay like that? Don't you know the current situation we are in?" Luciel asked as she looked at Beldathiel who was resting her head on the pillow. "We are going to war soon, and I need you to take it seriously," Luciel said as she kept staring at Beldathiel.

"I know what's going on, it's just that I'm not going to do anything unless Mykel comes to see me in person," Beldathiel answered with her eyes closed. "I don't really care about anything, and Mykel knows that. He will come to see me if he needs something from me, and he's always been like that, isn't that right, Mykel?" Beldathiel asked as she looked at Mykel with a smile.

"Beldathiel is Beldathiel. I never force any of you to do something that you don't want to. If you decided to not want to join the fight, I'm not going to force you either, Luciel," Mykel said as he looked at Luciel. "As long as you're here and safe, that's more than enough," Mykel pointed out.

"No, I want to fight. You know me, and I'm not going to stay quiet after what Lilith and Lucifer did to me," Luciel said with a serious expression. "I need power. I need more power to fight those two," Luciel continued and looked at Amaryllis.

"If that's the case, I have something just right for you," Amaryllis said as she grabbed Luciel's hand. "I believe this will help you to achieve your goal," Amaryllis continued after she gave the power to Luciel.

"Arrogance..." Luciel looked at her hand and spread her translucent wings that instantly broke the walls and shattered the glass on each floor of the building. "I like it," Luciel said as she flapped her wings and released shockwaves.

"Please don't make a mess, I'm trying to sleep here," Beldathiel said as she covered her body with her golden feathered wings from the dust.
