Tales of a Seductress

TOAD – Chapter 76

TOAD – Chapter 76

“So, what’s going on here?” I asked, sitting at the edge of a large bed.

It had been a few days since we had arrived at the castle, and I had been given a room with just about nothing to do. The room was quite nice, with a large bed and sheets. The room was massive, with a ceiling twenty feet above and enough foot space that the massive bed looked small compared to the room.

Still, a big room with nothing to do was nothing to do. Other than meals being brought three times a day, I had to find a means of entertaining myself. Thankfully, I had the answer to that. I had my Jenai in her homunculus form to entertain me. Jenai was always skillful and what she wasn’t familiar with she was quick to learn. I had even taken the initiative to improve upon her homunculus form.

She could not grow a penis at will. Several penises, and change their size as well. She still looked normal. I hadn’t turned her into some kind of penis tentacle monster. However, she was able to pound me until my hips hurt, and that was always a good thing.

After hearing nothing from my Demon King or even his Truth Sayer in days, he suddenly entered my room and started pacing. Oberon seemed to be deep in thought and just a bit agitated, so I spared him my usual teasing and waited as long as my tolerance allowed. He glanced over at me, and then made a face.

“Are you incapable of being decent around me?” He demanded irritably.

“In private?” I raised an eyebrow, “Without warning? Are you asking for the impossible while you’re at it?”

The reason I was sitting at the edge of the bed was simple. Jenai was on her knees pleasuring me, her head between my legs making snorting and licking sounds. The presence of the Demon King wasn’t enough to deter my precious Jenai. Actually, given her former master Nova’s strict training, she would continue to sexually perform even if the world was collapsing around her.

“Puppet, leave immediately,” Oberon demanded.

Jenai audibly smacked her lips as she pulled away from my wet, hot box, turning to Oberon and speaking with a low gasp. “I only serve Mistress.”

She turned back and continued to lick me in just the right places. I stroked her hair lovingly as I came right there. Jenai was the best friend a woman could hope for if that best friend ate your pussy like a champ and occasionally fucked you silly.

Oberon’s eyes narrowed for a moment on the back of Jenai’s head, and then they widened again. “A soul? You’ve changed her?”

“You should be happy that I appreciated the gift you gave me.” I purred, still shivering as micro-orgasms racked my brain. “Of course, you can’t blame me for improving on the gift when I see the opportunity.”

“You’re capable of reprogramming homunculus, fusing souls, making elixirs, and creating first-generation offspring. As a woman or a queen, your potential in this world was limitless.” He spoke slowly. “It’s a shame that such an impressive skillset is crippled by such a debilitating weakness.”

“Hmm?” I asked, smiling lazily. “What weakness is that? Ahhhn… Jenai, I said no teeth.”

“Sorry, mistress.” A flash of mischievousness in Jenai’s eye showed she had bit my clit on purpose and wasn’t sorry at all.

It was fine, I’d get her back when I bent her over and whipped her. It was the kind of pranking those female friends always did, right?

Oberon grew even frownier than usual. “Perhaps you should wear the collar even in private, although I’d swear in public, it doesn’t even work on you.”

“Oh, it works.” I let out a chuckle. “However, the creator of that collar was obviously a man.”

“How so?” He asked, just a little bit curious.

“He failed to realize a fundamental aspect of the female anatomy. Our sexuality, and our ability to climax, aren’t purely a physical manifestation. We’re also strongly influenced by our physiological state. This is why women climax in all sorts of ways when men put random things into weird places. Even if I can’t feel anything, I can still orgasm emotionally.”

“Emotionally? You?” He looked incredulous. “I thought you had lost your heart a long time ago.”

I shrugged. “It isn’t that I don’t experience emotions. It’s just that I realized the truth of emotions.”

“What is that true?” Oberon seemed mildly amused with the direction the conversation was going.

“Emotions are an illusion,” I explained. “They are something your body tricks you into feeling to reward or punish certain behaviors. It’s a prison used to confine your body and force you to follow some evolutionary design. If you wish to become something more than human, you have to unshackle yourself from emotion.”

He nodded thoughtfully. “As I reached my fourth class, I also had come to similar conclusions.”

“Then you understand…” I smirked. “Emotions are merely a tool. In others, you can use them to manipulate their actions. In yourself, they are fleeting instances used to your advantage. You can boil your blood in righteous fury to gain strength in battle, you can fill yourself with merriment to be sociable, or in my case, you can let your heart feel love to have an orgasm.”

“Love?” His expression changed on the last one. “Don’t tell me you believe in love.”

“Believe in its power? You don’t? Love is a powerful emotion. It starts wars, subdues beasts, changes people…” I pulled Jenai away and then stood up, approaching Oberon and holding a hand out to him. “I could love you as well. I’d give you all of my love, and through it, you’d have all the power you need.”

He pulled back just before my hand touched his cheek. “You mean the love you call an illusion?”

“Some believe reality is an illusion.” I took a step back, lowering my hand. “If it feels real, why does the true intent matter? Look at Jenai here. Her body was some other woman who was destroyed for crimes I can’t imagine. She was turned into a homunculus, and then embedded with the soul of my servant. Jenai gave her soul to me shortly before she died, but Jenai did die. That woman is gone and her will won’t ever exist in this world again. Yet, I have her soul that I call Jenai, in a body I also named Jenai… so even though Jenai is dead, and death is final, a few little lies and Jenai stands right next to me. She isn’t the real Jenai, but that doesn’t make the illusion any less real.”

As I spoke, I gently stroked Jenai’s hair. She was sitting on her knees, obediently listening to me. Her lips were covered in wet liquids and her hair was disheveled, but her eyes watched me like a disciplined dog. It wasn’t cruelty. It was merely the truth. Jenai had no free will. She couldn’t act independently of my will unless a more powerful spellcaster forced her to, and then she’d be acting on their will. She simply didn’t have her own. It was a cruel fate, and perhaps a kinder woman would have allowed her soul to disperse by now, but that wasn’t me.

As for Jenai, I had no clue what this did to her mind or soul. I knew that she wasn’t the same slave girl who had taught me everything she knew in between sessions with Nova. Nova had killed that girl a long time ago. This was just a shadow, a remnant of her, subjugated and subsequently twisted by my own will. It didn’t matter much to me though. I needed her.

“You… have given me much to think about,” Oberon spoke, his back facing me, his tone quiet and subdued.

“This discussion wasn’t the reason you came into my room after all this time,” I spoke as I walked to my privacy curtain, sliding into a nearly transparent robe that had been brought up for me based on my preferences. “Tell me why you’re here.”

“Time… is short.” Oberon started slowly. “We must be married and you pregnant by the end of the month.”

“A month?” My eyes widened as I finished tying my robe. “You ask for a lot.”

“I said, I need you pregnant by the end of the month, that’s only in two weeks.”

“I can’t get pregnant unless I am level 90,” I explained calmly.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

“I know.” He growled.

“That’s twenty levels away, last I checked.”

“I’m aware.”

“Twenty levels in my third class. It only becomes harder and harder to level. It’s taken me a year to get the last ten.”

“Do you have a point? Then make it!” He snapped.

“You know what I’d need to do to reach level 90.” I stared at his tense back straight.

Thud! His fist hit a nearby wall, and although he didn’t make a dent, the sound was rather loud and I even felt the bed shake.

“What do you want, woman? Do you want me to personally hand you over to other men? Act as pleased as you want! I have other things to worry about.  Once your nightly incursions are revealed, I will be a mockery of the demon realm.”

“Then why do it?” I asked.

He paused for a moment, and then turned back to me, a somber expression on his face. “I had plans that I have been making for longer than you’ve been alive. You were the last piece in the puzzle, and I thought I still had time. I found out after arriving back here that the rare event that occurs once a century will be happening in two weeks, not the original predicted value of three years from now.”

“I take it, for this rare event to occur properly, you need me?”

“I do not.” He sighed. “However, you are a… backup plan.”

“Can you explain yourself?” I asked, feeling just a bit unhappy over being called back up.

“On our wedding night, I will explain myself.” He turned back away. “I will explain things when you are my queen. Until then, you must reach level 90. I will begin to send men up. I have 50,000 soldiers at my disposal. If they aren’t enough, I’ll find more.”

He started heading toward the door. I pursed my lips for a moment, and then cleared my throat.

“As exciting as getting railed by 50,000 soldiers sounds, I might not need to go to that extent.”

“Do as you must.” He responded, sounding tired.

“Hey!” I took a pillow and threw it, causing it to bounce off his back, and for the man himself to stop. “Quit acting so melodramatic. I’m saying there may be a way I can level that wouldn’t result in your reputation being tarnished.”

He stood silent for a moment, his head tilted back toward me. “I’m listening.”

“My ability to level through sexual intercourse can be done with anything. Monsters would work.”

“Do you think having a string of monsters entering my wife’s chambers every night would be less humiliating? The soldiers would still need to capture them. It would leak out.

“Let me finish.” I shot him an annoyed glare. “I’m saying that my experience is based on various conditions. Uniqueness is one such method. That doesn’t just mean monsters or soldiers. A large diversity of lovers would level me faster.”

“I’ll keep that under advisement.”

“However!” I continued before he could take off. “If you want me to earn the most experience, my best method is absorption. I can consume the life force of those I’m in bed with, and by doing so, I can rapidly gain experience.”

“You even have such a method?” He turned back to me. “What are you suggesting? I won’t let you kill my men.”

“Then… give me something worse,” I responded. “Murderers, rapists, revolutionaries…. Come on, you have to have some kind of death row. Give me the men destined to die. I’ll suck them dry of every experience they could offer. There will be nothing left to be embarrassed over. They’ll be dead, and the dead tell no secrets.”

Oberon remained silent for a long time. I was starting to think he’d refute my idea, but then he spun back around and exited the room, leaving behind one last thing.

“We’ll do as you suggest then.”

With that, I was back alone with Jenai. It looked like I was going to have a lot of work ahead of me.
