Chapter 178: “Salazar Slytherin Is Coming”
Chapter 178: “Salazar Slytherin Is Coming”
The little black dot belonging to Gormlaith has been wandering back and forth outside the bathroom as if checking to see if anyone is outside. After walking to the corridor, Sean put away the Marauder’s Map and strode over.
“Spider is fine.”
“It should be safe here.”
“My instinct can also predict some dangers, and now there is nothing.” Dave kept conveying his thoughts.
For Sean, the basilisk is the biggest threat. As long as the monster is not there, other dangers are within his controllable range. The girls’ bathroom was right in front of him. Sean lowered his eyelids a little, pursed his lips, and put on a displeased expression.
He walked into the bathroom with a sullen face. Because of the existence of Myrtle, no one has been here for a long time. Dried watermarks are everywhere on the sink, and a few dangling spider webs are in the corner. Of course, the spider is not here anymore.
There was no one inside, and Gormlaith did not show up.
Did she go back to hiding?
But the instructions of Felix Felicis should be right, and he should be able to obtain something beneficial by coming here. Sean walked to the nearest water puddle and put the rooster cage he had been carrying heavily on the ground.
“A bunch of idiots…” Sean muttered sullenly. He turned on the faucet hard, and the water poured out, but he just washed his hands.
Sean imitated Draco’s body language. He didn’t turn off the tap in time, flicked the water droplets on his hands casually, and then took out a handkerchief to wipe his hands.
“Goodness, the smog!” He looked dissatisfied, “The whole school smells like chicken shit!”
Sean angrily kicked the rooster cage on the ground, “Those disgusting Mudbloods should be erased! Will the heir of Slytherin attack me? I must write to my father and ask him to handle this problem!”
He looked very dissatisfied, and after venting, he reluctantly turned off the faucet and prepared to leave. Just as Sean walked to the bathroom door, a female voice full of arrogance sounded.
“I agree with your statement. The problem in Hogwarts really needs to be taken care of.”
Sean turned around with a frightened expression and saw a figure floating in the back of the bathroom.
It was a thin witch. She had the hairstyle that noble women used to have hundreds of years ago and was wearing a tunic-like black robe. Her face was cold, and her facial features were sharp and angular, but her protruding, gloomy eyes completely ruined the beauty of her whole body.
Of course, that’s not the point. She is different from other ghosts, and an arrow is in her heart. It made her look like a spooky doll patched up with scraps of skin.
“Who are you?!” Sean yelled in horror.
The ghost smiled sinisterly, “Don’t Slytherin students know what a ghost is?”
“Ghost?” Sean was stunned for a moment, and then he became annoyed, “Of course, I know you are a ghost! I will write to my father later and let him throw you out of Hogwarts with the Mudbloods!”
The ghost didn’t get angry. She smiled instead, “I do agree with you, some dirty people don’t deserve to stay at Hogwarts.”
Sean frowned. She didn’t hide her dislike at all. He took a step back and said, “Just because you said that doesn’t mean you’re going to be free from charge. Who are you? Why haven’t I seen you around the castle before?”
“I’m Gormlaith Gaunt.” She held her head up and said proudly.
“Gormlaith Gaunt?” Sean pretended to have an impression but couldn’t remember clearly.
Gormlaith narrowed her eyes, and her voice was a little cold, “Which family are you from? How come you didn’t know the Gaunt family?”
Sean pretended that he knew something and showed a surprised expression, “Gaunt family? Are you a descendant of Salazar Slytherin?!”
Gormlaith was obviously satisfied with his shocked expression and raised her head proudly, “That’s right. I’m glad that you know I’m a descendant of Salazar Slytherin. Please tell me your name.”
Sean immediately imitated Draco’s arrogant look, “Draco Malfoy, you should have heard of it.”
“Malfoy’s?” Gormlaith looked at Sean, the Slytherin uniform, neatly groomed hair, condescending face, and the sound of gold coins dangling in the bag.
Gormlaith nodded in satisfaction.
“Malfoy…” she called out, then continued after a pause, “Is Brutus Malfoy part of your family?”
“That’s my ancestor. Do you know each other?” Sean showed a skeptical expression.
Gormlaith said coldly, “Of course, Pure-Blooded families are all connected.”
“So, why are you here? I haven’t seen you in the castle before.” Halfway through speaking, Sean immediately put on a blank expression and then looked at her in horror.
“It seems that the Malfoy family has a smart kid,” Gormlaith said, smiling, “You guessed right. I opened the Chamber of Secrets—”
Sean retreated to the bathroom door in horror and stammered, “You! You can’t! I’m from the Malfoy family, and I’m a Pure-Blood!”
“Of course, I know that,” Gormlaith floated in front of Sean, “That’s why I came to you.”
“What do you want from me…” Sean pretended to be scared and swallowed a mouthful of saliva.
Gormlaith moved closer.
“Draco? That’s what you were called, right? The heir of Slytherin is right in front of your eyes. I think the Malfoy family has taught you some lessons beforehand. We can work together.”
She laughed nervously, “As Pure-Blood wizards, the connection between us is strong, which is not comparable to those of Mudbloods. When the sterilization plan is completed, only those who are qualified to learn magic will be left in the castle. Isn’t this what we have been pursuing?”
Sean’s breathing heavy, said in a low voice and fearfully, “But what can I do? Besides, they say, Dumbledore is coming back.”
Gormlaith snorted disdainfully, “He’s a stupid guy. It’s because of him that Hogwarts became what it is now! Besides, what can Dumbledore do?”
She stretched out her hands, with fanaticism and joy on her face, and said slowly, “The great Salazar Slytherin is coming to us…”
