Chapter 114: Chapter 114: Plans and Ideas



[3rd POV]

Hours later, Gwen had awoken from her assimilation, and she almost immediately could feel

the changes that she had undergone. Around her was her girlfriends, all snoring as they snuggled up against her warmth, as it was late into the night when she had woken up.

She could feel the new physical boosts in power that had been added to her repertoire, from Heracles the Berserker, and his demigod like strength, the various other berserkers she had gotten, which tended to have some truly incredible strength, and a few others. Increasing her physical strength by quite a good margin.

Her regeneration was pretty much the same, except her immortality was more and more cemented after every character picking. As a majority of the characters she was getting, had some sort of immortality that would then boost her own, making it stronger and making it harder and harder to get her killed.

Her durability was boosted drastically from the berserkers, Ddraig, and her warframe characters, all of them boosting it to higher heights than before, and increasing it even more. Her speed had massively been strengthened after this newest assimilation, thanks to the Flash and Impulse. Even if neither of them had any sort of speed force due to it being the Young Justice and not main line universe, if they had the speed force, then she would have had her speed increase by a truly insane amount, but it was still a good increase either way.

It was the abilities that truly caught Gwen's eye, most notably, Ddraig and his boosting power. That ability was...incredible. As unlike the Boosted Gear, the power didn't have a limit on the amount of boosts she can do, except the amount her body and soul could take. And considering she was immortal in practically every single form, and her soul was only continuing to grow, it was safe to say she could boost...a LOT.

There was some other abilities of note, like the various abilities from bleach characters, that boosted the power of her soul by a drastic margin. She also got a ton more chakra, and even the Mangekyo Sharingan from Obito, a welcome addition, to be certain.

Her "Spark" was continuing to increase in size, and due to the influence of all the different Cybertronians, it continued to mutate more. And now, instead of a sun like burning force, it was half and half. One dark purple and the other a golden color, with a spider web like pattern traveling through it that was colored the same as her suit.

However, the thing that really had improved more than anything, was her knowledge. She had gotten a LOT from the characters she had gotten the powers of. Ranging from runes, medicine, crafting, hunting, to all sorts of unique forms of magic and knowledge that existed in no other universes, knowledge that Gwen could use in the future to improve upon herself, and the girls.

Her "Gems" or hearts, had also underwent an increase in power, thanks to the new energies she had gained, and the new gems from Steven Universe that attributed to their improvement. The increase wasn't a massive amount, but it was certainly noticeable by Gwen as she awoke.

With all these changes that her body had undergone, Gwen couldn't help but let out a pleased smile as she looked at her adorable girlfriends who were cuddling up against her. Soft snores escaped the lips of Korra and Artemis, while Raven and M'gann softly slept making little noise.

Deciding to go back to sleep, Gwen slowly leaned back in bed, and closed her eyes, as the comfort of sleep overtook her once more.

[A week later]

A week had passed since Gwen had officially joined beacon, had completed her quest, and had killed Thanos, and a few things had happened.

For one, she had already begun her research into the Infinity Stones and disconnecting them from their home multiverse, allowing her to use them anywhere. She had found that they were connected to the "Frequency" of an individual universe, as each Universe had their own. Finding that out was the easy part, the hard part would be to "Sever" that "Frequency" and connect it to the universes she travels to.

The reason it was so difficult, was because these were nigh-omnipotent objects, even if Thanos hadn't used them to their full potential (nor could he), and they were connected and made by the higher beings of the Marvel Universe, beings that could atomize her from existence, as even now, her soul was still the one thing that she couldn't regenerate, not truly at least. A being like Lady Death could kill her permanently.

The other problem was the actual power she needed to do something like that. These objects were powerful, even to Gwen, and they were VERY VERY volatile, and one wrong move, and she could potentially atomize the planet on accident.

The final issue, and the one that made Gwen more wary than anything, was the effect connecting them to another universe would have on them. As they were the very personification of various concepts, but in item form. Now what would happen if you were to sever them from one universe, and then connect them to another? That was something Gwen wasn't entirely sure about, and that was something she had to be very careful of.

She could accidentally kill an entire universe if she did it wrong, or she could accidentally shatter space and time, or any other horrible thing. None of them were good, and none of them would end well. And while she did take the stones from their universe, which would normally be harmful to that universe, she found that due to the system, that universe was saved from destruction, and once she severed the connection, the system wouldn't need to stop the universe she got the stones from, from being destroyed.

With all the knowledge she had, Gwen had a few ideas on how to change this frequency without negatively harming the stones or the reality she got them from. The problem was that they all required a metric fuck ton of energy, more than what she had, and certain stones needed more than others. The Power Stone and Soul Stones needing more energy than the other stones combined.

She had a few machines in her brain that could potentially work, mostly from Rick and the Doctor, but they were...not guaranteed, and would require materials she simply couldn't make due to what they were. One of them being a special metal that was formed from a dead black hole, and was not something she could just produce. And she needed other materials similar in difficulty to attain.

The other problem was what she'd do with the damn things, as she couldn't just walk around with them. The next universe she planned on going to, was not one that she could just walk around with them, mainly due to two different entities that she knew existed there. Both of them being much stronger than her, and both of them would be interested in them.

So, she had another idea, a rather...psychotic one. The idea was... "Why not just absorb them?". Technically she could, and since she already had cores, what if these stones merged with her cores? The idea had value, but it was definitely not something that'd be happening anytime soon, lest she

the universe by accident.

Besides looking into the stones (extensively) she had also been traveling around the world, absorbing mass amounts of Grimm by the thousands to tens of thousands. Being roughly over 34,000 in number, a massive amount, but absolutely nothing in comparison to the total amount of them. And of course, she had gotten a few quests done because of that.
