Chapter 632: Will of Shinju

"Madara, I am not your will. Nor am I the will of Ten-tails or even Kaguya!"

A wide grin appears on Black Zetsu's face.

"I am the will of the Shinju! Now slumber in an eternal sleep!"

"W-WHAT?!"

Zetsu covers Madara's face, putting his consciousness into a deep sleep.

Whoosh…

Izuna stabilizes himself in mid-air. He quickly flickers and grabs Naruto and Sasuke's bodies.

"Nii-san! Madara… he…"

Both of them weakly glance at him.

A green healing light engulfs the duo and heals their wounds. It even separates them from the two cursed weapons. Izuna stores the two blades and glances in Madara's direction with a frown.

"If it is what I think it is, then the shinobi world is in grave danger!"

Swirl…

A small black portal opens beside him. Izuna pulls out a two-pointed silver bident with a double-helical shape carrying it throughout its body. The double-helical shape is tightly wound to its shaft, where it gradually splits apart to form the two massive tines.

"Stay back!"

Izuna erects a green barrier around the duo and disappears.

Whoosh…

Izuna teleports above Madara

HAAH…

Izuna infuses a large amount of energy into the spear, making its body glow with a resplendent blue light. The energy flows through the shaft of the spear, activating numerous Fuinjutsu runes across its surface.

A blue light wound across the helical shape and manifests a third pointed end from the middle of the shaft, creating a trident. The energy blade elongates longer than the two actual ends.

HAAH…

Izuna clenches the spear and aims it towards Madara.

"Ame-no-Nuboko,"

He throws the spear with his entire strength.

Whoosh…

The spear penetrates through the space, leaving a long blue trail behind. In an instance, it arrives above Madara's head.

BOOM…

The spear explodes, discharging a powerful burst of energy that engulfs the entire continent in an instant. The powerful waves of energy spread throughout the continent into a burst of spherical energy.

In the distance,

Whoosh… whoosh… whoosh…

Minato teleports away from the continent with Kushina, Itachi, and Lee after listening to Izuna's warning.

BOOM…

The powerful explosion destroys the previous sturdy blue barrier and continues onwards to the ocean.

A massive pillar of light rises from the explosion site and reaches the orbit of the planet. The energy burst continues to travel forward in a beam and even penetrates through the surface of the moon, destroying a large chunk of it. After destroying a portion of the moon, the powerful beam of energy vanishes into deep space.

Before the chunks of moon could spread out, a powerful attractive force pulls them back to the Moon's surface.

Rumble… Rumble…

The powerful force from the explosion shakes the entire planet, destabilizing its orbit. The discharge even affects the magnetic field of the shinobi world.

The continent turns into a wasteland, and parts of it slowly crumble and fall into the ocean. Powerful waves rise in the ocean, producing tsunami waves with at least a height of a few hundred meters.

'I didn't want to use this attack since the damage it causes to the environment is so high that it could even lay waste to a planet ten times the size of the Shinobi world in an instant. Even though I concentrated most of the energy at a point and redirected almost 99 percent of it to the space, the damage it caused is irreversible. Looks like I have to borrow some Origin energy to repair the shinobi world after this war is over." Izuna laments at the plight of his home world.

"However, the pressure that existence gave me is no less than Lord Ōkuninushi, the leader of the Tentai Yōkai clan. Could it be the illusory lord of the Otsutsuki clan, Shuten-dōji!' A shiver runs across Izuna's spine at this thought.

His eyes narrow as he notices a strange figure, covered in bone armor, holding the tip of his spear.

Cracks spread across the bone armor. However, the figure holds the spear in place, preventing it from making contact with Madara.

A red aura envelops the figure and the strength of his body increases by several folds.

The bone armor of the figure shatters from the blow, but it manages to offset the power of the Ame-no-Nuboko spear. The figure hurriedly tosses the spear beside it and falls to the ground with blood dripping from the various crevices in its bone armor.

The Ame-no-Nuboko flips in the air a few times and returns to Izuna. Its luster dims and the various Fuinjutsu runes on its body shatter. Izuna stores the spear and glances at the figure with an enraged expression.

"WHO ARE YOU?"

Izuna summons a tachi sword. He holds the hilt of the blade in his hand, ready to make a move.

'He managed to offset an attack capable of destroying a planet with his body and aura. Who is he?' Izuna's expression continues to darken.

'Damn it! Things aren't looking good.'

Izuna glances at Madara's figure which is completely engulfed in the black-tar-like substance. The pressure and bursts of energy emitted from his body send a sense of palpitation and fear across Izuna's heart.

'Why is that bastard Seiryū taking so long? I already sent him a distress signal a few minutes ago.'

Huff… Huff…

The person protecting Madara pant slightly and slowly stands up, revealing his face.

"Another Otsutsuki?"

Izuna's expression turns ugly as he notices two distinct small ram horns on the figure's forehead. The Otsutsuki stands in front of him with his eyes closed. Blood overflows from his various wounds.

Crack… Snap…

The figure twists his neck, creating a rattling sound. Numerous bony projections sprout from his body.

"All-killing Ash Bones,"

Boom… Boom… Boom…

The bones erupt with an incredible speed and reach in front of Izuna in a one-tenth fraction of a second.

A light flicker in Izuna's eye and the flow of time around him slows down to an extreme degree. He quickly maneuvers out of the bone's way.

'I can't get hit by them. This technique looks simple, but it's a very high-level Shinjutsu technique with a powerful concept of instant death. Even if I am immune to instant death, the damage they cause to me will still be fatal.'

However, before he could heave a sigh of relief, a massive fist with bone knuckles widens in his vision.

'He can even move freely in my time manipulation technique?'

Izuna tilts his head and dodges the strike.

"Hehe… Wanting to trap Ibaraki's consciousness using genjutsu? What a futile attempt!"

Black Zetsu mocks him.

Madara's bloated body slowly takes a humanoid shape. The pattern of Rinne-Sharingan on his forehead slowly morphs.

"Ibaraki Otsutsuki?"

Izuna turns to the person in front of him.

"I have never heard of an Otsutsuki with such a name?" Izuna dodges another barrage of deadly bone attacks.

Clang… clang…

He engages Ibaraki in a fight while parrying most of his frenzied close attacks with his tachi. As for long-range attacks, he can evade them all with fair ease due to his extreme speed.

Soon, the two of them reach a stalemate. None of Izuna's attack deals any damage to the hard bone armor of Ibaraki. The defensive power of Ibaraki's body even repels the special power of his tachi.

'This is the first time I have seen an Otsutsuki with such a powerful defense and healing.'

"Hehe… Ibaraki is my perfect creation! I cultivated the frail body of a stillborn into one of the most powerful killing weapons!"

With victory visible in sight, Black Zetsu's courage increases.

"Yes, Ibaraki is the eldest stillborn child of Kaguya Otsutsuki and the older brother of Hagoromo and Hamura!" Zetsu drops a bombshell.
