Chapter 172: A Plan To Kill Other Dungeon Heist Teams

"Nah, it's already a known info to you all," he smiled before adding, "I just have a different mindset than yours, that's all."

"Tsk, you a real monster then," she had to admit his logic was flawless. "By the way what's your plan to hunt down those players?"

He had an evil expression upon his face while saying:

"We'll use the monsters here to our advantage."

"How's that?" Jeffrey asked, "I've already sent someone I trust the info and the post will be online in ten minutes."

"Good," Bloom nodded before explaining, "as you can see, we have one hundred angry monsters here and players have no clue about their skills."

"But they will come to attack us directly from our backs through the corridors," Nara said before adding, "we will be the ones facing the monsters not them!"

"Wrong," Bloom said before explaining further, "what do you think the role of Horn here is for? He will alarm us and before they come we will have our positions adjusted."

"Like going where exactly?" Jeffrey asked before adding with a helpless smile, "no matter how many words you say, I always end up feeling I never get your meaning or plans at all!"

"Hehehe," Bloom laughed as he knew his vast knowledge of the game couldn't be understood this easily by these players. "Don't worry, when time comes, I'll tell you all what you need to do," he said before adding, "just we need some eyes out there."

"Besides Horn?" Nara muttered.

"Sure, I need eyes inside other teams as well," he nodded as he wasn't too sure the players at this early stage of the game would behave the way he heard about months later.

The words of Jeffrey alarmed him, as this made him realize no one here understood the game like he did. So there was a small possibility that players would grow restless and not attack here in the last hour, but the first!

"Well," Nara exchanged silent glances with Jeffrey who just sighed. "I'll contact those out there and make them relay the news to us," he said in helplessness as he didn't know why Bloom had such a sudden change in mind all of sudden.

"What about the loot?" one of the players overcame his fatigue by greed and stood up as he checked the fallen materials, gold coins, and some gears on the ground. "Wow, we have such good grade gears here," he laughed before glancing at Nara.

"Stop it, Reek," she laughed while pointing to herself, "can't see I'm too tired to stand?"

"I can collect them for you to decide," Reek hurried to say while Bloom smiled as he started to take a tour here.

Killing one hundred monsters gave them many gears, and the good news was some of them had much higher levels than the team.

"Amazing," Reek muttered, "so when the monsters have their levels increased with their skills, the fallen gears would have the same increase as well."

His words alarmed everyone and allured some to let go of their exhaustion and move to check the gears.

"It's true, I have a level thirty grade gold chest plate here!" one of them shouted in shock while another one shouted:

"Holy cow! This is level forty greatsword grade red, holy cow!!"

These shouts appeared and made even the lazy Nara to stand and check the loot herself with others. "Amazing," she couldn't say but this, "alright boys, these gears are way higher than our current reach now."

"What should we do with them, miss?" one of the female players, a light daughter faction, asked, and Nara just gave her a stern glance instantly to make her add, "leader, sorry vice leader."

The poor girl was startled and Nara just ignored her before turning to Bloom to make sure he wouldn't notice this slip of a tongue. "What do you think?"

"The best course of action is to give them all to me," he thought to himself yet he had to come up with something, "we need to sell them at the auction house and buy potions and other supplies for us by the money," he said before adding, "how many high level gears we have?"

"We have only five," Jeffrey said before adding, "five at level thirty and beyond."

"Not nearly enough for my plans," Bloom shook his head helplessly as he thought to himself.

"What? Are you depressed about all of these?" Nara was speechless of his reaction.

"Oh, I just thought they were much more than this," he hurried to say, covering up on his caught on spot reaction.

"We have thirty gears in total, fifteen that can be used by our players either right now or soon, yet the other fifteen are at level twenty five and higher," Jeffrey explained the gain before adding, "we can sell those fifteen then."

"Send them to Horn and let him know what he should do with them," Bloom instructed.

"Sounds like a plan," Nara said before adding, "I just hope he won't go greedy and take them all for himself."

"Then send a couple of guards with him," Bloom laughed as he winked towards Jeffrey who just sighed.

"You know these players shouldn't be used as bodyguards," he muttered.

"Spies or bodyguards, what's the difference?" Bloom said before clapping, "c'mon, let's rest, revive our fallen comrades, and divide the loot the same way we used to do," he stopped as he glanced over Jeffrey, "is there a couple of boots to me?"

"Well, there are a pair," Jeffrey hesitated before adding, "they are at level thirty."

"Too high," Bloom muttered before adding, "alright sell these and hopefully nice boots will fall in the next rooms."

His words made everyone's eyes shine in excitement and greed. This was the outcome of a single room, and there were nine more left in the dungeon to clear.

Everyone returned to rest while thinking deeply about the next gains. The last experience with monsters left a mark of fear in their souls, and this mark was easily wiped now with their greed.

Everyone wanted cool and strong gears, and those who were lucky to have the fifteen gears now were envied much by others.
