Chapter 468 Theories
Atop Yggdrasil, I started sorting through the information I'd gathered.
I applied a filter to my mental database, focusing solely on research, theories, and inventions associated with time travel.
Additionally, I stumbled upon some intel regarding alien technology capable of warp travel.
Warp travel didn't impress me anymore since I had already the ability to travel through space, but I still read about it, hoping for new insights it might offer.
So, here's what I figured from all this time travel research and information.
First off, there's this idea that messing with the past could mess up the present and future.
The butterfly effect was a concept where small changes in one part could lead to much larger changes elsewhere over time.
It was often depicted by a butterfly flapping its wings, triggering a chain reaction of events resulting in significant differences in the future.
In the context of time travel or altering the past, even minor changes could have far-reaching and unpredictable consequences, potentially causing major shifts in the present and future timelines.
This concept emphasized the interconnectedness and sensitivity of complex systems, where minor disturbances could produce major effects.
Then there's this whole alternate timeline deal.
The idea of alternate timelines suggests that there could be multiple versions of reality existing simultaneously.
In this concept, each decision or event creates a branching path, leading to different outcomes.
But after mulling it over for a while, I crunched some numbers and factored in the Time Wraiths.
These guys are no joke—they can zap people and then replace them without anyone noticing.
At first, I thought maybe they were just swapping in alternate versions .
But then it hit me: if there were infinite versions of me out there, that'd mean there'd be infinite versions of me with all kinds of crazy abilities, including time travel.
Talk about chaos.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
So, I guess that leaves me as the odd one out, like some glitch .
In gaming terms, I'm like a hack or a bug—something that's not supposed to be there.
If this theory were true, it would suggest that I exist as a singular individual across all timelines. This explanation was the only one that resonates with me and provides a sense of coherence amidst the complexities of multiple realities.
And since I'm not playing by the rules, I have the power to mess with time, operating on a whole different level from everyone else. It's like I'm in a different dimension altogether.
Speaking of dimension.
'Alright, I'll break it down to review everything,'
First, there's the first dimension. Just a straight line, no width or height, just simple straight line.
Then comes the second dimension. It's flat surface, like a sheet of paper. It adds width to the mix, but still no depth—just a flat world.
Now, onto the third dimension. Here's where things get real.
Depth enters the picture, like adding thickness to that flat paper. It's the dimension I live in, with length, width, and depth.
The fourth dimension was time. Yeah, time itself was a dimension. It's like a timeline stretching out before everyone, past, present, and future .
And finally, there's the fifth dimension. This one's a bit of a mind-bender.
Some say it's like branching timelines or alternate realities, where every choice spawns a new path. It's a whole other layer of existence, beyond what people can perceive with our senses.
'Hold up, if Time Wraiths were beings in the fifth dimension, then where does that leave me?' I muttered to myself , then it hit me.
'6th Dimension, if 5th spawns new path of every choices possible , then the 6th dimension is a place where all time exist at once , a place where there was no past , present and future, ' I thought to myself.
"Could I really be a being in the 6th Dimension?" I pondered my hypothesis again.
Unlike the concept of proving the existence of the Fifth Dimension through the abilities of the Time Wraiths, there isn't any tangible evidence or means to substantiate the existence of a 6th Dimension in the data I've gathered.
But if someone really existed within the 6th dimension, then it would be God.
However, this concept of god differs from religious notions. Instead, this being would be perceived as the creator of everything , possessing unparalleled authority and influence over its fabric and inhabitants.
'I should prioritize understanding the 5th dimension first,' I mused to myself. After all, it served as the gateway to time travel.
Accessing the 5th dimension would grant me the ability to observe the past and even create a portal to travel through time.
'Alright, time to do some maths,' I said to myself as I leaned against the tree and closed my eyes, fully immersing myself in the process of simulating every aspect until I perfected the entire equation.
Months slipped away, each simulation ending in failure, leaving me no closer to a breakthrough.
A year came and went, and still, I found myself grappling with the same insurmountable challenge.
Ten long years dragged on, during which I made only minimal progress, feeling as though I were merely scratching the surface of the problem.
Twenty years elapsed, marked by the growth of the Yggdrasil, but my efforts yielded no success. The equation remained too hard, taunting me with its complexity..
I began to doubt if there was ever an equation in the first place. Maybe time travel to the past just wasn't feasible.
But I need to kept going.
A century passed, and I stayed reclined against the tree, which had started to grow around me.
Then, in the 125th year, I opened my eyes with excitement.
Your journey continues on empire
"I finally figured it out," I exclaimed.
After 125 years, I stood up, only to realize I was enveloped in the overgrowth of the tree. I had to exert some effort to free myself from its grasp.
'Talk about a long time,' I chuckled to myself trying lighten up my mood.
It was a good thing that my will power was tempered when I was trap on that dark place before, so 125 years was still bearable.
"Time to go back ,"
What do you think?
