Chapter 758: Reversing Life and Death, The Dead Returning To Life

The situation had stabilized.

“Are you alright?” Cang Feilan asked coldly, locking eyes with the woman in her arms.

“In the future, if you ever need help, the Tushan Fox Clan will not hesitate to go through fire and water for you.”

“You flatter us, Tushan Fox Clan patriarch,” Qin Feng said, summoning Bai Su from the Divine Sea. “Your injuries are too severe. With the impending great battle in the Western Domain, your combat power is indispensable. Let me treat you.”

Bai Su understood, clenched its tiny fists, and then let out a chirping sound.

The tender sprout on its head crackled with vibrant green thunderbolts, which then swept over Su Tianyue’s body.

The frostbite and scorched marks quickly receded, and the wounds on her body began to visibly heal.

“In the other two realms, reaching the realm of Transcendence is a natural progression after understanding the Dao Principles, without having to go through the test of Heavenly Tribulation.”

“But in this world, those who wish to become experts above the Third Rank must endure a tribulation called the Confirmation Of Hegemony of Heaven and Earth.”

“These are things that should be recorded in the memories of the high-level existences you have consumed.”

The Ghost Buddha paused briefly. “Indeed, but what does this signify?”

“The mortals who have broken through the realms all believe that the Heavenly Tribulation’s trial is to prevent the emergence of too powerful beings. But in my view, it seems to be intended to make those existences even stronger.”

“When the Gods and Demons descended in the past, it was us behind the scenes pushing for them to devour this last world, but the result was their failure.”

“The Transcendence Realm born from the shattered Dao Principles can now easily defeat the Gods and Demons of the Upper Realms, which has always struck me as quite suspicious.”

The Ghost Buddha was unconcerned. “It merely delays the time of their devouring a little.”

“So you sent me to the Western Domain Extreme Region not only to find the Mustard Seed Space and break the seal on Mount Sumeru, but also for another purpose.”

“The Farshore Flower, which exists between life and death, can inflict great harm upon us. The master of the Dao of Life and Death likely also possesses such an ability, which is why I fear them.”

The Ghost Buddha fell silent for a moment before slowly speaking again. “The people of this world often like to say a phrase – ‘prevention is better than cure.’ It seems you have mastered this principle well.”

In the Netherworld Realm, at the Southern Domain’s Gate of Hell, Tubo was still the guardian, but Ox-Head Horse-Face now held a higher position than him.

Just then, an unexpected change occurred on the path of bones leading to the Gate Of Hell.

For a moment, heart-wrenching screams filled the air!

Ox Head and Horse Faced were stunned, their faces turning pale with fear. “Wh-what is happening?”

They were usually just minor figures in the netherworld and had never witnessed such a gruesome scene.

Seeing this, Tubo opened its mouth and took a deep breath, then blew out a gust of wind that scattered the mutated souls with an icy chill.

After having been in the netherworld for thousands of years, what hadn’t Tubo experienced?

“This is under my control. You two go find the Ghost Emperor quickly!” Tubo instructed as it looked to Ox Head and Horse Faced.

“Ah? Alright.” Ox Head and Horse Faced did not dare linger, quickly rushing into the Gate Of Hell.

This transformation was not limited to just the southern region’s Gate Of Hell—it was happening in other Gates Of Hell as well.

The major figures in the netherworld could all sense the disturbance and furrowed their brows.

The monstrous creatures pricked their ears and suddenly stood up.

Beside them, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva furrowed his brow tightly. He looked up at the sky, and a third vertical eye emerged on his forehead.

In the dark netherworld, black mists swirled in the sky, where countless souls screamed in pain. They were trapped between the netherworld and the human realm, unable to live, unable to die!
