Chapter 205 - Sword Aura
Once Khal walked away, the experts followed suit, leaving only Logan and Jas behind.
After a moment of silence the seemed to be several minutes, Jas glanced at Logan and asked, "Why did you go easy on him?"
??
Logan's mouth twitched slightly upon hearing the question, but still answered in a calm voice, "If I would have gone all out he wouldn't have stood a chance."
"Is that so?" Jas smiled as he knew that Logan made a mistake and didn't give his all because he underestimated Khal and not because he went easy on him.
Even though he knew his student had exceptional abilities, because he didn't use them more than a few months much less hone them to perfection, Logan believed he could easily win even without giving his all.
However, reality always proved the arrogant wrong, and just as it happened, the unexpected happened and he was defeated by a youngster.
'Well, to be honest, even I couldn't have predicted this outcome, especially not his newfound power. It seems whatever that tool is, he will definitely become a terrifying existence in the future and maybe...' as Jas reached that thought, he just shook his head helplessly and began to walk towards Moon City together with Logan on his side.
"Anyways, you know you could have died just now if it weren't for me stopping him in time, right?"
"Oh, shut up already old geezer! You perfectly know I could have easily won if it weren't for my kind heart!"
"Haha!"

Back inside Moon Academy, after Khal changed into his new robe and saw it was a perfect fit, he decided to go and meet with Liza. And just as he thought, she was still next to the same lake, practicing and refining her mastery over her Talents almost with no rest.
"Khal?" Liza noticed Khal's approach and stopped freezing and melting the lake, however, when she saw his new robe, she couldn't help but raise her delicate brows.
"What is that silver robe on you? And... Is that Rubie? Why does she look different than before? What happened with her?"
As Khal didn't meet with Liza after Rubie's evolution it was only natural for her to feel confused, but once Khal explained to her what happened, her confusion quickly turned into shock and awe.
"She drank a Golden Hawk's toxin you have acquired in the past and that caused her to evolve? I never hear about something like this before, this is... A miracle?" Liza mumbled as she stroked Rubie's now way softer feather, who apparently enjoyed the massage.
"When that happened, even I was stupified when I saw it, but luckily nothing happened with her either. But anyway, I have something way more important to tell you." Khal glanced at Liza and after taking a deep breath proceeded on telling her what happened with him in the past few days.
And once he reached the end of his story, where he told Liza he succeeded in reaching the Sixth Cultivation Stage and also completed his final test which was to beat Logan in a one-on-one fight, Liza looked amazed.
"You have already reached the Sixth Cultivation Stage? How? It hasn't been a month since the Thousand Life Tournament!" Liza asked Khal, seemingly stupified by the pace he was cultivating.
Even though the first Five Stages are about consuming Beast Essence, which can be done quite easily by Essence Pills if one had the money, reaching the Sixth Stage was another question. One not only had to reach the exact amount of Essence that was required for the Sixth Stage, but they also had to open a sealed Essence Path which was no small feat at all!
Yet, Khal, not only reached the Fifth Cultivation Stage under 2 months but he even understood one of his sealed Essence Path's meanings, breaking into the Sixth Cultivation Stage and becoming a Real Cultivator!
'Just how can he cultivate this rapidly? It is almost inhuman!' Liza thought, secretly admiring Khal and the speed he was becoming stronger.
However, soon her admiration turned into worry, and asked in a low voice, "And what do you plan to do now that you are... No longer a student?"
Khal kind of expected this question and just sat down, even smiling at her warmly.
"I will stay here of course. Until you don't reach the Sixth Stage, I will go nowhere."
"But what about your cultivation? Now that you have reached the Sixth Stage it will be extremely troublesome for you to reach the next Stage, you should-"
"As I said, I will stay here." Khal said seriously as he interrupted Liza and then continued, "Also, you don't need to worry about my cultivation, I will be perfectly fine."
'...'
Liza remained silent as she didn't know how to react this time. However, considering Khal's personality, she clearly understood if he decided on something he won't change his mind no matter what. This is why she could do nothing but shake her head and proceed on practicing.
Meanwhile, Khal sat in a lotus position and after closing his eyes, attempted to open his next Essence Path.
Swish!
Right after his Body Essence reached the second seal, several wind blades arose around him, but just like previously, no matter how long or hard he concentrated on them, he couldn't comprehend what they really were, much less their meaning.
"Huh? Since when did you learn Sword Aura?" seeing the sudden change around Khal's body, Liza halted her movements once again and stared at him with surprise.
"Sword Aura? Are you talking about these wind blades?" Khal asked Liza, as he stared at the half-transparent crescent blades before him in the air with piqued interest.
"Wind blades?" Liza frowned and shook her head gently, "Those are no wind blades, Khal. Those are Sword Aura, an extremely destructive power that is insanely hard to learn and needs years, if not decades to master! But as I can see and feel, they somewhat lack... Destructiveness."
She then said, "Also, Sword Aura usually manifests around the blade of the sword first, yet they are obviously floating around you even though you have no sword... It's strange if I can say the least."
"Hmm..." Khal seemed to realize something and abruptly stood up, his hand already clenching his Devil Fangs firmly.
"Khal?" Liza appeared to be confused as she watched Khal jump onto his feet with the Sword Aura still floating around him.
However, before she could have gotten a response, Khal suddenly swung his weapon, striking one of the crescent blades before him.
BAM!
